How to insert vertical text into image using paint

Problem:

You want to insert a vertical text into an image, but all you have in hand is windows paint.exe. How can you make it?

Solution:

1. Rotate the image 90 degrees rightward;
2. Insert the text you want (horizontal);
3. Rotate the image back (90 degrees leftward)
